The FZU accepts documents in a digital form only in the following formats: pdf, pdf/a, xml, html/htm, odt, ods, odp, txt, rtf, docx, xlsx, ppt, jpg/jpeg, png, tiff, gif, mpeg1/mpeg2, wav, mp3. It is also possible to deliver documents in a digital form on mobile memory media (CD, DVD, USB flash disk).
Consequences of the delivery of incomplete or damaged documents in an analogue or electronic form:
If the FZU receives an analogue document which is illegible or damaged, it is considered undelivered. If it is possible to find out the sender’s data, the FZU notifies the sender about this fact and will require correction.
If the so-called harmful code is identified in a delivered document in an electronic form, the FZU does not store such documents but destroys them. In such a case, the document is considered undelivered. If it is possible to find out the electronic address of the sender, the FZU will immediately send a notification of the detection of the so-called harmful code or the destruction of the document to this address.
